A short film that documents the drama of corrupt power in a near future Los Angeles as a City Hall bureaucrat tries to run a shell version of a land assessment to clear property in the city for an olympic venue in preparation of the 2028 LA Olympics. He is thwarted by a truth so deep no amount of political, digital, and personal manipulation can escape it.Created as a sample of a feature length film in development entitled "What on Earth."
